Q3: What happens after I send in the order?
Normally, you will receive your registration information from kagi.com in a few minutes after sending the online order form.
If you do not receive your registration information within 12 hours, or you have lost the registration email, please contact us at support@ibnsoft.com. We will be glad to help you.

Q4. I have not received my registration information. Why?
Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processing delay. Sometimes, people have supplied the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to mis-configured email clients or privacy control. Please feel free email to support@ibnsoft.com. We'll resend you register information soon.

Q5: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?
Yes, we provide free upgrade. Please keep you eyes on our site to get upgrade info. Please download the update version by yourself, and you can register it using the same license code.

Q6: I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration code is invalid.". Why?
You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a type. And please note don't add any blank before or after the code.

Q7: I lost my license code, can you send again?
Sure. You may contact kagi.com via customer service from or contact us to get your registration info back . But you'd better provide your OderID or some info in your order(such as the Email you used to order) so that we can find your info in our database.

Q8: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?
No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory you registration status.

Q9: How long will it take to get your supporting response?
